Enjoy your visit to TV. Be sure and check the newspaper everyday for events. You can also see open houses both through TV and outside realtors. Try out some of the classes- we did some line dancing. Katie Bells was fun, especially if you like to dance.
We went for a visit in Oct2009 with no intention to buy, back again Feb 2010, bought a lot by phone in March based on our agents recommendation. Went back again in July to see the lot and design the house and close in Buttonwood Oct 14. We are hoping to retire this year, sell the MI house and become frogs by next summer. Make sure to visit both town squares and if you have time and the nerve then stop by one of The Villages' Golf cart stores and take a test drive. Enjoy!
