For instance, when he said his opponent refused his call to service 9 times... back in the Viet Nam era, if you were drafted, you were arrested if you didn't serve. Truth is, his opponent wanted to serve but had a medical deferment. Grayson certainly didn't think it important enough for him to serve... why is it so important now?
