That road is a designated construction entrance at this time, Once you turn off of Tamarind Grove Run onto the haul road,, and should stay that way. We almost had a bad wreck yesterday at that intersection. There are alot of construction vehicles using 462 for that entrance. . Once that area is complete then if left open use it. But remember construction vehicles have the right of way. Yesterday, a small car decided a grader would stop for it. Almost turned out bad..
The last mast plan map does not show this are left open as a entrance for The Villages..
