You will get lots of non-resident traffic
If the road is a public entrance it will be used by anyone living southwest of the villages who wants to go to work, contractors going to jobs, etc., etc., anywhere in TV, not just in your neighborhoods. It will be a major cut-through for pick-up trucks, moving trucks, teenagers going to the squares, and other people in a hurry. Homes that back on to the road will hear traffic noise 24 hours a day. If you don't believe me ask anyone who lives in Ashland, Lynnhaven, Bridgeport at Miona Shores or Bridgeport at Lake Miona backing up onto Rainey Trail.
