I think the generational differences in personal interactions will become more apparent as time goes on. People of our generation grew up with a lot more "people involvement" that those of the more current generation(s). If I've got a problem with somebody, for example, I'll either get face to face with them to discuss it or at least do it over the phone. It makes for better resolutions - less chance for confusion and/or misinterpretation. A higher percentage of our interactions are more personalized. Seems like the younger crowd nowadays pushes sooooo much of their communication around electronically that the concept of personal interaction that's more face to face has really taken a back seat. It'll be interesting to see how the world evolves as time moves forward!
