I'd like to ad to this thread I started a while ago, especially for djplong who I know has much tolerance for Muslims, a video by a Dutch group calling themselve "White Roses", and are named for an underground group that was famous for trying to fight Nazism in the 40's in Germany. I wish it was possible to be tolerant, and there are some Muslims who embrace the freedoms of countries like the USA, but sadly they are the miniscule minority of that religion.
