TV must attract eastern Iowans. I spent the first 18 years in Dubuque, then the next 32 years in the Chicago area. I would move to TV tomorrow, but I have to work for a few more years.  I hope to rent a place in TV during summer 2011 for a week or two when the rental rates are lower.
