I was curious if Pure Talk service would work on an iPhone. I sent an email to Pure Talk. Here is their response.


Thank you for your interest in Pure TalkUSA. We have several customers who use our SIM in their iPhones. Since we do not have data services, you would only be able to access wi-fi.
