I am delighted that citations are being given to those who break the law in their golf cart. Too many people treat them as special allowance vehicles or toys and rev up the motors or whatever to go greater mileage. Too bad that they have to pay a ticket!! I am once again, delighted to hear the police are getting busy with this. The operator should be ticketed also if they don't own the cart especially if the engine has been messed with.
