Default Booklet available from Central Florida Health Alliance.
There is a booklet with doctors associated with the Central Florida Health Alliance, giving the doctors educational background and in most cases a photograph. It is divided into specialties. A good thing to have.

I don't know where we got ours, but it is for 2008 when we bought the house so it may have come from The Villages or from the one of the welcoming services.
