Our lanai was done by Mid-State Stone in Feb of 04 and we still feel it is one of the best things we did in our home. We use our lanai year round, half is under roof with open screen and the other half extends with a birdcage. We have absolutly no complaints or regrets. We were told to have reseal about every 4- 5 yrs. We requested the cleaning & sealing about 2 yrs ago which is the only time we've had it done since it was installed and it currently looks just fine other than a hosing it could use that we'll get to as soon as we find some spare time. Periodically after many days of rain the floor will appear to have a "milky spotted " look to it. The first time it happened I got nervous...called the company and was told that it was normal and that a light spray of de-natured alcohol will put it back to looking like new and that it did.
