Roof for my Lanai?
Hello,
I need some suggestions / recommendations. I currently have a Bird Cage / Lanai. The roof has screening and of coarse lets the rain and too much sun in. I would like to have a roof put on it Elite or Shingled. Has anyone had this type of work done? Is a permit needed ?
