Owens sent us a letter, wanted me to get up on roof and removed 2 perfectly good shingles and mail them in a special way, plus outlandish other hoops to jump thru, & what am I supposed to replace the shingles with I just removed with that wont match?, when they are going to wiggle out of it anyway, or offer a percentage covered. And I just cant buy 2 shingles, I have to buy an entire package, NO Thanks, its a shame they wont stand behind their product, there is a class action suit right now against them.

We have friends who jumped through the hoops. They received a check for a new roof. Contact the warranty department, I believe that there is an inspector who will check the roof, if it's bad Owens will pay the fee.
