We already know that there wont be a Social Security cost of living increase for 2011. Why haven't we heard about Medicare Premiums for 2011 yet? Last year the premiums for 2010 were announced on October 15, 2009.

Could it be, that we wont hear until after Election Day? Hmmm, I wonder.
