I don't want to party poop on LSV or Street Legal owners, but I am frankly very concerned at the ever-increasing number of them driving Morse, El Camino Real and Buena Vista, especially. One of these days, I'm afraid that some oldster will forget that his golf cart isn't Street Legal, and will merrily chug along one of the major roads. Or, the oldster driving an LSV will forget that he's not an automobile!
Somewhere, fairly soon, there's going to be an accident between an automobile and a golf cart, even a Legal one. And, maybe, then, there'll be some clearer rules and regulations set down!
