I did a test the other day with my 2000 Par Car cart after reading all of this as I was curious. My cart goes 27MPH down the hills of Odell by Mallory. That is with my foot
OFF the "go" pedal, just coasting. All you series cart owners watch out for them hills. I wonder how coasting is interpretted by the law, If I showed him the cart going up that hill he would probably rip up the ticket
