Question Golf Cart Speeding Tickets
As I future TV'er, I was wondering if the police are giving out tickets for someone doing a couple of miles over the speed limit, (maybe 22), as opposed to people doing 25MPH or greater when ticketed.

Is there a grace zone before they will ticket you?

Is there any special criteria the police used in giving tickets?
