When I saw jebartle's list I remembered other threads over the last few years that were equally helpful. However, they are difficult to access with the TOTV search engine. If you just look in the Golf forum, there are a huge number of threads to sort through.
Here's what works: put the name of a very popular outside course in the search box. Continental Country Club, Baseline and Stonecrest. That triggers a bunch of threads specifically on courses outside TV.
