cologal, I realize that the new black panther party doesn't represent the Democratic Party in the sense you said.

But let me ask this. Philadelphia police officers arrived on the scene of the polling place after calls from residents of voter intimidation. The black panthers were told they could not stand at the door to a polling place holding a weapon. Two of the members left.

One of the nbpp members by the name of Jerry Jackson was allowed to stay because he had official papers showing he was an official poll watcher. The police officers told him he had to relinquish his weapon, but he could stay within legal distance of the entrance to the polling place.

Which party do you suppose issued Mr. Jackson his poll watch papers?
