The plan:
Put the house on the market ASAP - need to sell by June 27th (2011) so I'm trying to price to sell;
Visit TV in Jan to househunt (hoping to buy);
Retire as soon as I sell (or sooner if I really can't stand my job one more minute);
Move to TV;
Relax;
Enjoy life
