I would really appreciate an honest, open discussion about what the Affordable Care Act means. Since this historic piece of legislation was passed March 23, 2010, I have read the 2000 plus pages. I am still waiting for someone in authority to explain exactly what it means.

I don't want it randomly thrown away. I realize what went into getting this passed. I would just like to really understand what exactly got passed.
