Another quote from the ad.
"When installed on a completely stock cart, an increase of up to 50% has been documented and can exceed 20 mph in some cases,"
Isn't the speed limit for a cart 20mph? .1 or .2 over the speed limit and if you install larger tires as the ad suggests you can go faster, is the same as rolling through a stop sign at .1 or .2 mph if your wheels don't come to a full stop. So anyone installing one of these might be breaking the law too.
The ad says what it says.
