We did it too!
We picked out our lot last April on Eldrige Loop and have now sold our home (at least we hope - closing Nov. 19) moving into a rental until my husband retires next Aug. We will be down in Jan. to hopefully pick out things and get the new house started or maybe even find a nice spec. home already done.
We are very anxious to get to be part of the Penne Loafers and can't wait to meet the new neighbors.
