Here is the problem !

It is law....it would take both the house and the senate to pass a repeal along with the President's signature.

BUT.....AND THIS SEEMS TOTALLY LOST ON THOSE WHO POST HERE IN SUPPORT OF THIS JOKE OF A BILL....NO Democrats ran upon his support for this bill...almost all who supported it were beaten..the 1 Republican who supported it lost. This bill, and this bill alone can be the death knell of this party in 2012.

There needs to be some brain storming to do something to stop this...perhaps the Supreme Court will wipe out some. The tentacles of this unreal piece of garbage is already heading into our economy.

I know the house can support a repeal.....based on what is happening, perhaps the senate can pass a repeal. What then does our President do when this hits his desk....knowing that most americans do not want it...both legislative bodies want it repealed...and it was conceived in back rooms with payoffs and such. Does he simply tell us how HE is correct and the rest of the country is stupid ?

Yes, Mr, President...to use a word you used yesterday, this has to be "relitigated" and NOW.

The WH will spend the next two years yelling how the other party is just saying no, when in fact it will take two years just to unburden this piece of garbage and he can fight the entire country for the next two years !

PS: And in reading a number of articles from the capitol today, there WILL BE SUBPOENA'S on this piece of legislature which will further enable the WH to call foul and the Republicans uncooperative, but before it starts remember none of this would have happened had the President done what he promised and not played hard core politics
