According to page 135 of my 2011 Medicare and You manual, it reads:

"At the time of printing those amounts weren't available. However, most people willl continue to pay the same Part B."

I did see that the deductible went from $135 to $155.

My understanding from something I read was that if there was no SS CPI raise there was no Medicare premium change.
