Do you know an 'expert' who is able to advise a person how to make the best transition financially between independent home ownership in The Villages and a place like Freedom Pointe, then on to a facility providing more care as necessary?

The advisor should know Medicare and other insurance regulations and be able to negotiate the 'best possible' deal with an institution, based on the client's financial situation.
