Sorry for the misinterpretation - I know Greg and was just kidding around. Hence the smiley face in that post.

The passing at 10 then slowing to 8 is different than what I believe he was describing, though.
Yep, the 10 mph limit on the Lake Sumter bridge (or other places) does seem crazy-slow. It's probably due to the path being so narrow and/or the presence of the high curb separating it from the road.
