I am not sure if I have any more new-member posts, however, this is a new member question. . . if you close from afar and a sales rep does the initial walk through - what can you expect and what needs to be anticipated? Is your house safe from pests for a month or do you need to have pest control immediately? Are your sprinklers set or do you need someone to set them?
Someone asked earlier for a timeline or list of things to do as a new homeowner - what do you do for the first month or so as a new homeowner who may not be there?
We are so excited about our choice and the people we have met, but would appreciate any helpful hints you could share about things to consider prior to our being on site full time.
