We have Deans and have no problem with them. Originally had Massey for pest and termite control, but switched to Deans a couple of years ago.
There are lots of companies that offer care here, take your time, talk to your neighbors, read on TOTV. Heck on our street I think there are 5 companies that treat for creepie crawlies...
You don't have to sign contracts, we did for a bit and now just pay for each treatment. Cost a little more, no discount, but if I decide I need to switch to a different provider, it's easier.
