Don't let any of this kind of stuff scare you off. Ask people of their opinion of Ford versus Chevy, for example, and you'll get the same type of varying feedback. Different people = different experiences.

There is a wide array of floorplans to choose from. You're probably best to get yourself to TV and have a look at them all for yourself to see what you like coupled with what you'll want to spend. Total cost for a specific house can vary widely depending on the lot - corner lot, wider/deeper than standard lot, golf/water view, golf/water frontage, etc. can add dramatically to the cost. If you're wanting to buy new, get hooked up with a TV representative and they can take care of everything you need. Don't overlook resale houses, either! You'll need to connect with both a TV representative as well as an MLS realtor to see the full gamut of resale homes listed.

Regardless......you'll like it in TV!!
