I'll tell you quite simply how it is different. The approach is different because the Morse family is committing FRAUD ! They have mislead us Villagers to think that the equipment needed is not available in the immediate area and are asking for each of us to donate to something that exists across the street. If the billionaire wants to pay for the building and wants the equipment, then let him pay for it. You will certainly not be getting any discount because you donated to it.

The whole idea and concept has been grossly misrepresented.
