Little did I know that in just a few short years almost every hospital would be privately owned, as opposed to not-for-profit. I don't know why it took me so long to notice that hospitals have become big business - owned by private investors/doctors. This being the case, I'm confused as to why we Villagers are donating volunteer hours and money to these business.
