Golf tee times with a priority membership are available even during high season. Sometimes not the exact time or course you want, but your always able to play 3 or 4 times a week.

The fees are close to what they publish. I figure $1000 to $1200 a month above the mortgage for everything and that usually has money left over.

When complete the Villages will be about 30 miles end to end and about 10 miles at it's widest point. Golf cart speed is 20 mph. However depending on where you live, we live fairly central to the completed project, we can get to most places we go in about 20 minutes or less. LSL is 5 minutes, SS is 15 minutes, Nancy Lopez and Orange Blossom the two furthermost golf courses take 20 to 25 minutes. Brownwood when complete will be about 25 minutes.

This seems a little high.
