Coming back from Europe 6 weeks ago, we were pre-cleared in Dublin for our flight to Boston. We went through normal security, didn't have to take our shoes off, and a normal interview by ICE. Our passports were checked, we were give a card to fill out (to give to ICE in Boston) and that was that.
