Default Made it down
Well I asked a bunch of questions about fishing and alligators before getting down here on Wed night. Followed the advise about bass fishing and gator sitings across from Lake Meona rec center. Little did I know the gator was located in the pond before the gate before the rec center. Thought a big fish missed my lure so I twitched a couple of times next thing I see is two eyes and a snout behind the lure. Could have been a coincidence but I don't think so. Grabbed my stuff and moved on to the next pond. So far Pat 2 days shore fishing with lures: 1 snap off, 1 gator attack, and no largemouth bass. Hints, boat sharing(I'll buy gas) or lures appreciated. At least there was beautiful. Weather and good music at Sumnter tonight.
