I'm with you on this one, LarryWilson. My first thought when I read LandL's post was "how hard is it to return one page back and click on the link?" Especially when the thread is only 10-15 posts long.

Even though it was "kindly suggested", my stomach did the same turn that yours did. It's hard to be an adult and be reprimanded. At my place of work, they call that "360 degree" coaching. I say
