One thing you need to be aware of, just in case you don't know:
If you have a private healthcare policy (too young for Medicare, for instance), be sure you are still using doctors in the healthcare plan and make sure they file a claim (unless you have to do it yourself) in order to get the preferred rate - in other words, you only owe the negotiated healthcare rate even if you owe for the entire doctor visit.
For instance, you get sick and go to your primary care physician - normal charge may be $140, but healthcare insurance rate may be $71 - you haven't met your deductible, but you only owe $71, not $140. The $71 counts toward your yearly deductible. All plans are slightly different, so double check with your carrier, but this is how most work.
And - everyone's quote for private healthcare is based on age, pre-existing conditions, health history, and weight and whether smoker/non-smoker.
