If you reside in Harrison County, Ohio, please contact your commissioners regarding the poor conditions at the county pound in Cadiz.

Dogs are kept in this facility which has no outside walls during freezing temperatures and the dogs are suffering FROSTBITE? This is unacceptable and unnecessary suffering.
