Thanks for the input so far. It would be nice if the flooring "flows out" from the interior of the house and we really like tile for that reason. It would also cover up the expansion joints and the concrete cuts left when the original lanai was removed. Army Guy, have you found the tile slippery at all when wet? That is the major concern, aside from the high cost since we have almost 800 sq. ft. to cover.

Thanks for the suggestion to call T&D for a quote on pool deck. We'll do that also.
