Default Developer is financing and building the Moffitt Center Bldg
Hi!
You can check http://www.thevillagesdailysun.com/n...cc4c002e0.html which clearly states that "The Villages developer offered to finance and build a 51,668-square-foot building for The Villages Health System that Moffitt could use." Does that answer the question about who is building this?
