When I had horses, my farriers all said that their backs were wrecked because that is a tough job. But that Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM totally helped their backs and that they couldn't be blacksmiths without it.
I've tried Glucosine/Chondroitin/MSM pills and they don't help my back or knees. Nuttin, da nada. I had cortisone shots in my knees and they helped a lot for three months ... but sadly, now they've worn off .. ouch!
I need a Licensed Massage Therapist so I can claim it on my medical plan. Anyone know a great LMT?
