[The Great Fumar]

Once upon a time we had a neighbor whose dog would bark every time he left and would continue to bark until he returned , the neighborhood was ready to draw straws to see who would shoot the dog,,,,To try to calm the situation I volunteered to go and talk to the neighbor ..... It worked and calm returned to our neighborhood ....about a week later I was informed that the owner had put the dog down !!!!! I vowed that I would never confront a neighbor about his animal again , Its easier to just sit and bitch about it..
MUCH EASIER.......

Besides you may not be looking at this incident from the right prospective, This in fact may be a bungled attempted suicide (could be ).....

anyone who thinks that their doggie is smarter than they are is probably right.............
