You do speak wisely. An unemployed nuclear engineer who previously earned $186,000 per year would be rather foolish to take a job at McDonald's flipping burgers at $7.50 per hour. Yes, it would get him off the unemployment roles but he would earn much less than on unemployment.

He probably could flip that burger with much more accuracy than a high school student but it would still taste the same (maybe).
