Closing went smooth as silk - no glitches, no hiccups....everything worked out great. Fortunate for us that we bought the place furnished so we only had to get kitchen "stuff" (pots & pans, utensils, dishes, etc.), towels for the bath, a couple of new televisions, and the other typical minor things you'll need in any house. Been working most of the afternoon and evening getting everything situated then we'll have about a week to play til it's time to head back to OH. Sniffle. We'll still be snowflaking it down here for a good while yet - just coming down whenever we have the chance to get away.

Just so glad to finally have a place to call our own! :-)
