Bikers do it, as in motorcyclist, Corvette drivers do it, but golf cart drivers seldom do it. It's wave to people that are walking towards you in your neighborhood. The friendliest town? Couldn't be the full time residents. Probably snowbirds, visitors that are bummed about returning to their blustery homeland, or
disgruntled bass fisherman.
