Gracie! I knew I could count on you!!! Being raised Penna Dutch, we always ate pork on NY day for good luck. A pig roots forward and a chicken scratches back, so you want to eat something that roots forward for luck in the New Year. We'll be having pork and saurerkraut with mashed potatoes.
