We moved in 2005 as a snowflake (now a snowbird) and love it. We went on the trolly when we were looking and the guide said to get out and meet people "No one is going to knock on your door and ask if wonderful people live here". Well she was wrong -- within 12 hours of moving in our great neighbors were knocking to introduce themselves.
We love the the people, the lifestyle, and the weather. It just keeps getting better...
