According to the Sumter County website, it is located at The Villages Sumter County Service Center, 7375 Powell Road, Wildwood.
Based on a visit we made to TV in August and current online maps, it is located at the southeast corner of 466A and 139. Apparently, 139 is also called Powell Road, but online maps don't show this.
