I have OOMA and am happy with it. However, I have not used OOMA to send or receive faxes.

I paid about $200 for the unit without the Bluetooth capability so that seems like a good price at Costco. Maybe you can find a nearby family member or friend with a Costco membership who would be willing to buy it for you.
