I am primarily a beer guy and so maybe not the best judge of good wine. However, no one in our group thought enough of LakeRidge’s wine to purchase any. One of the LakeRidge wine hosts (from Baltimore) recommended the “best” Maryland cakes in FL at the Whale’s Tale in Mt. Dora. His suggestion wiped out everyone’s interest in Kelly’s Brickhouse Pub (my original suggestion which we'll save for another day). Whale’s Tale proved to be just OK, and didn’t come anywhere close to the crab cakes you’d get at Duda’s Tavern in Fells Point, Baltimore.

Lakeridge "Southern Red," is my favorite wine. I buy it by the case, on sale, at the winery.
